THE GLASSHOUSE

Where women stop looking back... and start building what's next.

The Glasshouse is the workshop and experience space inside Her True Path.

Created for women whose lives have changed — and who are ready to start thinking about what they want from the life ahead of them.

This isn't about pretending the past didn't happen.

And it isn't about having your whole future figured out.

It's about creating the space to stop, look at where you are now and begin asking a different question:

What do I want next?

Through honest conversations, practical workshops and shared experiences, The Glasshouse helps you turn that question into something you can actually begin building.

NEXT IN THE GLASSHOUSE

LIFE CHANGED. NOW WHAT?

Tuesday 8th September 2026

7:00–9:00pm | Online via Zoom

Imagine waking up tomorrow to a life you can't wait to live.

Not somebody else's idea of a good life.

Yours.

Maybe life changed through divorce.

Bereavement.

The children leaving home.

Retirement.

A diagnosis.

Redundancy.

A relationship ending.

Or maybe nothing dramatic happened at all.

From the outside, your life might actually look perfectly fine.

You're working.

Going to the gym.

Seeing friends.

Looking after everyone.

Getting on with things.

But somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling excited by your own life.

And perhaps you've started wondering...

Is this really it?

If you recognise yourself in that, this first Glasshouse Session was created for you.

You don't have to hate your life to know you want more from it.

WHAT IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU WANT?

That's okay.

You don't need to arrive with a five-year plan.

You don't need a new career mapped out, a house in another country booked or some enormous dream waiting in the wings.

In fact, you might have absolutely no idea what you want.

You just know you don't want to keep feeling exactly as you do now.

That's enough to begin.

Life Changed. Now What? is about creating the space to look beyond everything that's happened, everything you should want and everything everybody else needs from you...

and start hearing yourself again.

WHAT WE'LL ACTUALLY DO

This isn't two hours of me talking at you.

And it isn't a support group where we spend the evening going around the room telling everybody what's gone wrong.

We're going to look forward.

Together, we'll explore:

Where am I now?

Not where you thought you'd be. Not where other people think you should be. Where you genuinely are today.

What have I lost sight of?

The parts of yourself, your confidence, your interests, your ambitions or simply your sense of possibility that may have disappeared somewhere along the way.

What do I actually want now?

Not the sensible answer. Not the expected answer. We'll start creating space for possibilities again.

What's keeping me where I am?

Fear. Habit. Other people's expectations. Confidence. Guilt. Not knowing where to begin.

What could my next chapter actually look like?

We'll start turning thoughts into possibilities — and possibilities into something you can act on.

YOU WON'T LEAVE WITH ALL THE ANSWERS.

You don't need them.

But my aim is that you leave The Glasshouse with something much more useful than another evening spent thinking about changing your life.

You'll leave with:

Clarity about where you are now.

A clearer idea of what you want more of.

Possibilities you may not have considered before.

Practical next steps you can actually take.

And most importantly...

a reason to feel excited about what's ahead again.

"BUT MY LIFE ISN'T THAT BAD..."

It doesn't need to be.

You don't need to be at rock bottom.

You don't need to be falling apart.

You don't even need to describe yourself as stuck.

The woman who says "I'm fine" belongs in The Glasshouse too.

Because there's a huge difference between having a life that's fine...

and building one that genuinely feels like yours.

Wanting more doesn't make you ungrateful.

"I'M NOT SURE I'M READY."

You don't have to feel completely ready.

You don't need to be confident.

And you certainly don't need to know what comes next.

You just need enough curiosity to ask:

What if life could look different from this?

We'll take it from there.

YOUR FIRST GLASSHOUSE SESSION

Life Changed. Now What?

Tuesday 8th September 2026

7:00–9:00pm

Online via Zoom

Come as you are.

Bring a notebook.

Bring a drink.

And give yourself two hours where nobody else's life needs your attention.

Just yours.

BOOK MY PLACE

WHY THE GLASSHOUSE?

I believe something with all my heart:

Life doesn't stop because life changed.

For a long time, I could see The Glasshouse in my head.

A beautiful glasshouse in France.

Light pouring in.

Coffee brewing.

Notebooks open across a huge table.

Women from completely different backgrounds sitting together, talking, laughing, challenging themselves and helping one another build lives they genuinely want to live.

One day, that's where we'll sit.

But I realised I didn't need to wait for the building to exist before I could open the doors.

So we're starting here.

Online.

One workshop.

One conversation.

One woman deciding...

I think I'm ready to see what's next.

And that's what The Glasshouse is really about.

Not finding the person you used to be.

Building the woman — and the life — that comes next. 🧡
